PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved circuit and the like for converting a differential signal into a single-ended signal, which is capable of coping with a problem such as a duty cycle strain and process variation.SOLUTION: A circuit 100 may include a signal converter 102 configured to convert a differential signal into a single-ended signal.
