PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve estimation accuracy of a moving speed of a mobile station at a network side.SOLUTION: A radio control station which communicates with a mobile station via a radio base station includes: positional information acquisition part for acquiring positional information of a cell of the radio base station with which the mobile station is communicating, and storing the acquired positional information and the time in which the positional information is acquired in a positional information storage part; and a moving speed calculation part for calculating averages for a predetermined number of positional information items and a predetermined number of times stored in the positional information storage part, thereby calculating average positional information and an average position acquisition time and calculating the moving speed of the mobile station from the average positional information and the average position acquisition time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
