The present invention relates to a heat and steam mixed heating type roasting grill that cooks an item for cooking using heat and steam. More specifically, a heat ventilation hole (20) and an oil collection plate (30) respectively sit and are installed in the centre and in the outer side on the upper part of a lower main body part (10) in which a heat supply hole (11) and a water storage part (12) are respectively formed in the centre and in the outer side thereof such that the heat from a lower part heat source can be ventilated in a rotation direction and in a vertical direction through a vortex heat ventilation hole (21) and a vertical heat ventilation hole (22) in the heat ventilation hole (20), and steam is supplied so as to evenly heat the whole of a cooking plate (40), and can thereby efficiently cook an item for cooking and provide excellent smoke, soot and odour prevention effects by separately collecting oil that drops from the item for cooking using an oil collection plate (30). |
