PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a resin impregnated material with a smooth face even on a bag face in addition to a tool face without causing an impregnate defect by VaRTM molding.SOLUTION: An impregnating substrate and a resin fluid member are laminated on the surface of a mold in this order, the impregnating substrate and the resin fluid member are air-tightly covered with a bag film, a space between the mold and the bag film is drawn in a vacuum, and a resin is injected into the space through the resin fluid member, thereby impregnating the impregnating substrate with the resin. On a part of the area on the unopposed face without opposing the mold of the impregnating substrate, the smooth face of a mold member abuts. On the surface side without abutting on the impregnating substrate of the mold member, a resin passage member is installed and through the resin passage member, the resin is passed through from the upstream to the downstream of the mold member in a resin flow direction. |
