FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of producing non-carcinogenic aromatic process oil containing less than 3.0 % extract of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons according to IP-346, which includes cleaning of oil fractions of oil selective solvents and separating extract, additional treatment of extract with polar solvent and obtaining raffinate as target product. Polar solvent used is mixture of dimethyl sulphoxide and N-methylpyrrolidone with weight ratio of 1:(0.1-0.5), by which is first treated extract with weight ratio of polar solvent and extract in the range of (0.1-0.3):1, wherein after preliminary treatment of mixture of extract and polar solvent is filtered, separated and light fraction directed to additional treatment of extract with polar solvent with weight ratio of polar solvent and extract in range of (1.5-2.5):1, and heavy fraction is to stage of polar solvent recovery.EFFECT: use of present invention increases efficiency of process due to exclusion of intermediate layer formation in column-extractor, reducing ratio of solvent:extract and thereby increasing efficiency, simplification of process of drying solvent, rejection of paraffin-naphthenic solvent, which significantly simplifies regeneration of extractant from raffinate solution.1 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl, 18 ex |
