The present invention relates to a control method of a mobile terminal comprising a multi-core processor. The mobile terminal control method comprises: a step of calculating a load allocated to each core of the multi-core processor; a step of calculating clock frequency required to each core based on the calculated load information per core; a step of calculating a degree of load imbalance of each core by using the calculated clock frequency per core; and a step of determining target frequency of the multi-core processor based on the calculated degree of load imbalance per core. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the mobile terminal capable of reducing the amount of heat emission by controlling the clock frequency based on the degree of load imbalance.
