The present invention relates to a pump having a water hammer prevention device which prevents a water hammer caused by a countercurrent when the pump stops an operation. The pump having a water pump prevention device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: multiple discharge casings which are connected to form a discharge pipe through which fluid is discharged; a driving shaft which is installed to pass through the center of the discharge casings; a driving motor which rotates the driving shaft; an impeller which takes in and discharges fluid by being hung at an end of the driving shaft; and the water hammer prevention device which prevents a countercurrent by being installed in the discharge casings. The water hammer prevention device includes: a casing support unit which is fixated on a part connected between the discharge casings; a shaft support unit which is positioned in the center of the casing support unit and is supported by being penetrated by the driving shaft; multiple connection bars which mutually connect the casing support unit with the shaft support unit and are arranged in all directions; countercurrent blocking plates which are installed at each connection bar to be able to rotate, open a space between the casing support unit and the shaft support unit by the pressure of fluid when taking fluid in by the rotation of the impeller, and block countercurrents by sealing a space between the casing support unit and the shaft support unit when the impeller stops; and drainage holes which are formed to penetrate the countercurrent blocking plates and discharge countercurrents blocked by the countercurrent blocking plates. Thereby the present invention is able to prevent the damage to the pump by preventing a water hammer caused by a countercurrent. |
