<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize a dead angle apt to be lost by a collar (or a hood) for the purpose of safety, ease, security, and prevention of accidents. <P>SOLUTION: A person can naturally look light from an upper side, a lower side, a rear side, a left side, and a right side except a front side by reflecting the same by a mirror-like member attached to the collar (or the hood) in the collar or the visor. A cap or a visor has the collar (or the hood). The collar or the hood can be used for widening a right and left view field such as a rearview mirror. The light from a plurality of directions can be reflected by a polyhedral mirror.
