The invention relates to a syringe, comprising: a syringe body (12) having an axial inner cavity (16), which extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis (LA) of the syringe body (12) and in which a plunger (14) can be or is accommodated in such a way that the plunger can be moved in the longitudinal direction, and a needle (18), which can be or is connected to the syringe body (12) at a longitudinal end of the syringe body (12), wherein the syringe body (12) has a coupling segment (20) at the needle-side longitudinal end of the syringe body (12), to which coupling segment (20) the needle (18) can be or is fastened by means of a connecting element (22) that can be slid on in the longitudinal direction.
