This laminated body is formed by laminating, in the following order, a base material (A), a carbon layer (B) having a carbon element as a main component, and a metal layer (C) having a copper element as a main component. For instance, the base material (A) is formed of a metal plate, and the carbon layer (B) is formed of an amorphous carbon layer having a thickness of 0.005-10 µm. The laminated body, which can be suitably used for the purpose of forming an electrode metal to be used in electronic apparatuses, and which has the metal layer to be the electrode easily formed on a circuit board by means of a transfer method, is provided with excellent cost performance. |
