摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating protein by two-dimensional electrophoresis capable of separating a targeted protein from a plurality of kinds of proteins at required resolution even when a large amount of foreign substances are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: In isoelectric point electrophoresis being primary electrophoresis, before applying constant voltage as in the conventional practice, first constant voltage of an appropriate value of 50 V or more and 300 V or less for an appropriate time to remove low molecular foreign substances of molecular weight lower than the molecular weight of each protein introduced into a strip gel (step 31) and then constant voltage of an appropriate value of 400 V or more and 700 V or less is applied for at least three hours to remove high molecular foreign substances (step S32). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
