The present invention relates to a microphone manufacturing method including the steps of: forming a sound detection module to be connected to a first sound hole; forming a cover for receiving the sound detection module; forming first and second sound delay filters to be connected to a second sound hole; forming a heat operation means moving the first sound delay filter; and forming a semiconductor chip selectively operating the heat operation means in accordance with a signal outputted from the sound detection module. According to one embodiment of the present invention, directivity can be maintained without continuous power supply, thereby minimizing power consumption. |
