The present invention relates to a water-quality improving apparatus which is essential in improving the quality of water for rearing fish in fish farms. The conventional means that requires a fixed filtration media which promotes the generation of microorganisms in order to remove ammonia nitrogen and requires an oxygen dissolver installed in each water tank to increase the dissolved oxygen content, has proved to be so inadequate in managing the water quality that fish suffering from a lack of appetite, death and thwarted growth and development has resulted in a reduced profitability. In the context provided above, the present invention provides a system that achieves an oxygen dissolving capacity five times greater than that of the conventional one by having ammonia nitrogen discharged from an oxygen dissolver, which in turn would increase the appetite and growth rate of the fish, and therefore contributes to an increase in the productivity of the farm. |
