The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing green vegetable juice having high production efficiency by enabling hygienic production, productivity improvement, and mass production; and to a manufacturing method of green vegetable juice using the same. Therefore, the method for manufacturing green vegetable juice comprises a bubble and vortex washing process (S1); a cutting process (S2); a grinding process (S3); a juicing process (S4); a primary liquid-phase separation process (S5); a secondary liquid-phase separation process (S6); an instant sterilization process (S7); a packing process (S8); a low-temperature sterilization process (S9); and a moisture removal process (S10). The apparatus for manufacturing green vegetable juice comprises a bubble and vortex washing means (10); a cutting means (20); a grinding means (30); a juicing means (40); a vibration separating means (50); a filter separating means (60); a high-temperature sterilizing means (70); and a low-temperature sterilizing means (80). |
