A harvester is provided comprising a vessel for securing a crop therein and a crop delivery system. The crop delivery system has a first tube with a first angled orientation, a first end and an opposed second end, the first tube being configured to receive the crop from the vessel at the first end. A continuous belt is provided having a receiving region in close proximity to the first end of the first tube. A portion of the belt operable to carry the crop from the receiving region is structurally supported by and substantially covered by the first tube, while a portion of the belt operable to return to the receiving region after delivering the crop passes beneath the first tube. |

1. A self-propelled harvester, comprising:
a generally enclosed vessel for securing harvested crop therein; and a crop delivery system connected to and configured for unloading crop from the vessel, the delivery system comprising a first tube connected to the harvester having a first angled orientation, a first end and an opposed second end, the first tube is configured to receive the crop from the vessel at the first end, and a continuous belt having a receiving region in close proximity to the first end of the first tube; wherein a portion of the belt operable to carry the crop from the receiving region is structurally supported by and substantially covered by the first tube, while a portion of the belt operable to return to the receiving region after delivering the crop passes beneath the first tube; wherein the crop delivery system further comprises a second tube comprising a third end, and an opposed fourth end, the second end of the first tube and the third end of the second tube being connected by a transition area, wherein the transition area comprises a roller in contact with the belt and changing a profile of the belt in the transition area from a profile of the belt in at least one of the first and second tubes. |
