The present invention relates to a back latch for heavy equipment which drives a latch with a release lever of a driver′s seat to release locking for a striker. Water and moisture do not infiltrate any portion except for a striker hole which is inevitably opened, corrosion of the interior and the inner face of the casing is prevented, and foreign materials which are factors responsible for abnormal functions of active elements are blocked from infiltrating. The back latch of heavy equipment comprises: a casing which excludes an active hole for a latch catch or a lever hole for operation activation operated outside to release locking for a striker by interworking with the latch; a fork which corresponds to the operation of a lever catch; which a catch shaft which has a key groove integrally connecting and supporting the fork and the lever catch; and a catch and a fork to which a key of the catch shaft is added, wherein the key is inserted into the shaft hole. |
