The present invention relates to a table lifting control system, capable of definitely maintaining a current position of a lifting table on which a choke is seated, by lifting and lowering the lifting table by adjusting a flow rate and a hydraulic pressure and controlling a PLC, comprising: a carrier frame capable of installing a roll neck on which a roll is installed in the ground; a rail installed within the carrier frame; a moving rig connected to the rail to be guided left and right; a feeding cylinder installed in a side of the moving rig to guide the moving rig left and right; a lifting cylinder installed in an upper part of the moving rig; the lifting table installed in an upper part of the lifting cylinder, coming in close contact with the choke as being lifted and lowered in accordance with the operation of the lifting cylinder; and a lifting and lowering adjustment unit installed in the moving rig and the lifting cylinder to control a lifting and a lowering of the lifting table and maintaining a pressure between the choke and the roll to be zero, wherein the lifting and lowering adjustment unit includes a linear scaler installed within the lifting cylinder, a proportional control valve installed in the lifting cylinder to control the flow rate and the hydraulic pressure required in lifting the lifting cylinder, and a programmable logic controller electrically installed in the linear scaler and the proportional control valve to control the pressure and the position of the lifting cylinder. |
