USER TERMINAL USING HALL SENSOR AND SENSING SYSTEM COMPRISING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a user terminal using a hall sensor and a sensing system including the same. The sensing system comprises: a semiconductor substrate; a plurality of contact electrodes formed on the substrate; a sensing surface enclosing the contact electrodes; a hall sensor including the sensing surface; and a magnetic element generating a magnetic field toward the sensing surface. A polarity direction of the magnetic element is parallel to the sensing surface. As such, the sensing system is able to recognize an opening angle of a cover using a hall sensor; thus the sensing system being able to prevent a misrecognition of an opening angle and being able to recognize the opening angle of the cover by vertically arranging a recognition direction of the magnetic field in the hall sensor and the polarity direction of a magnet.
