Disclosed is a driving device for an LED lamp of a vehicle, which blocks an operation of the LED lamp using a forward direction voltage value of the LED lamp when a short-circuit occurs in an LED element forming the LED lamp for the vehicle. The driving device for the LED lamp of a vehicle comprises: the LED lamp wherein a plurality of LED elements are arranged in a row; an LED driving unit supplying a current to the LED lamp, and operating the LED lamp; a short-circuit prevention switch installed between the LED driving unit and the LED lamp, and controlling the current supplied to the LED lamp when the short-circuit occurs in the LED lamp; and a reference voltage setting unit setting a driving reference voltage of the short-circuit prevention switch. |
