The present invention relates to an under tread rubber composition for tires. To this end, applied in the composition is modified butadiene rubber having a high affinity with carbon black which is used as a filler, thereby improving heat resistant properties. Also applied is a specific modified fiber, and thus tensile strength increases. Furthermore, driving efficiency of the tires is improved by enhancing heat resistant properties and tensile strength. |
