The present invention is to provide a digital-to-analog converter to reduce the probability of malfunction. The digital-to-analog converter comprises: a reference voltage generation unit which generates reference voltage; and multiple unit conversion units by which the number of activated unit conversion units is determined in response to a digital code. The activated unit conversion units drive a control node at a voltage level corresponding to a voltage level of the reference voltage, and the inactivated unit conversion units keep the control node at a set voltage level higher than the ground voltage.
