The present invention relates to a method for fixing a hinge and a latch to the upper body and the lower body of an aluminum die casting tunnel lamp. Protruding ends (11a,12a,13a,14a,22a,23a,24a,25a) are formed at a position of each of an upper body (10) and a lower body (20) facing each other in up and down directions. The protruding ends (13a,14a) and other protruding ends (22a,23a) are inserted into a gap (G3) of a hinge (40), and then by tightening tension screws (44,48), the hinge (40) is combined with the upper body (10) and the lower body (20). In the same way, two protruding ends (11a,12a) are inserted into a gap (G) of a latch (30), and then by tightening a tension screw (37), the latch (30) is fixed to the upper body (10). In the same way, the protruding ends (24a,25a) of the lower body (20) are inserted into a gap (G1) of a latch fixing piece (50), and then by tightening screw (57), the latch fixing piece (50) is fixed to the lower body (20). By doing so, the hinge (40), the latch (30), and the latch fixing piece (50) can be fixed to the upper body (10) and the lower body (20) without making a hole on the upper body or the lower body or without special welding. As a result, a new fixing way which is simple, firm, durable, and easy to work is provided. |
