According to various embodiments of the present invention, a wireless power transceiving apparatus comprises: at least one plane resonator provided to form an opening surface, and generating at least one magnetic field (H-field) in a vertical direction on the opening surface; and at least one ferrite member installed in a part of the plane resonator. The ferrite members can give a slope, on the opening surface, to the magnetic field generated by the plane resonator. The wireless power transceiving apparatus can be variously implemented according to embodiments.
