The present invention relates to a facial bone cutting device which, when a cheekbone or a lower jaw portion is cut, prevents a cutting saw from being deviated from a cutting position or passing through a cut surface to damage neighboring tissues such as muscles or nerves above the cutting position or the cut surface by means of upper and lower parts of the cutting saw, accurately fixes the cutting saw at a position where the bone is to be cut, and easily and safely protects the neighboring tissue. The facial bone cutting device comprises: a lower part in which one side surface, the other side surface, and an upper surface are opened to be provided in the form of ′C″, and has a catching part for closing a portion of one side surface thereof and an insertion groove defined therein; an upper part provided corresponding to an upper side of the lower part and in which one side surface, the other side surface, and a lower surface are opened to be provided in the form of ′C′; hand grips respectively coupled to ends of the upper and lower parts in the longitudinal direction, having a pressing plate provided on one end thereof, and crossing-coupled at a middle portion thereof; and a cutting saw inserted between the upper part and the lower part to repeatedly move back and forth and cut an object to be cut, and having a catching end diagonally provided on one side end thereof to be inserted into the insertion groove and caught by the catching part provided on the lower part not to move forward. |
