The present invention relates to a system to calculate a rolling temperature and a load for a bar and, more specifically, relates to a system to calculate the rolling temperature and the load for the bar which allows anyone to easily and accurately calculate the rolling temperature and the load by constituting an input part and an output part which are easy to use. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the system to calculate the rolling temperature and the load for the bar comprises: an input part by which a user enters data about a rolling process condition; a calculating part which calculates a rolling temperature and a load based on the data; and an output part which outputs the rolling temperature and the load to the user, wherein the calculating part includes a module to calculate a heating furnace temperature, a module to calculate a temperature for each stand, a module to calculate a load for each stand, a module to calculate a quick water cooling temperature, and a module to calculate a cooling temperature and calculating continuously the modules. |
