According to an embodiment, an electrochromic device comprises: a first transparent material layer; a lower electrode layer arranged on the first transparent material layer; a PDLC layer arranged on the lower electrode layer; and an upper electrode layer arranged on the PDLC layer in a cross-band shape. Therefore, the electrochromic device enables an inexpensive and simple touch-sensitive function to broaden application fields of the electrochromic device. |
