PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent also an invalid access which uses no debug terminal.SOLUTION: An MPU protection device 0101 comprises: a reference waveform holding part 0102 for holding data of an MPU power source waveform as reference; a use time power source waveform acquisition part 0103 for acquiring a use time power source waveform which is a power source waveform during use time of the MPU; a comparison part 0104 for comparing identity of the acquired use time power source waveform and the held reference waveform; a standard holding part 0105 for holding a standard to determine that there is identity and/or there is no identity; and an MPU operation stopping part 0106 for stopping at least part of an MPU operation when it is determined that, there is no identity in both waveforms in a comparison result of the comparison part, using the held standard.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
