<p>The coating apparatus comprises elements for application of the layer and elements to wipe away excess material. A rigidly or movably fixed guide roller deflects the band of material after coating and a cleaning sheet fits around the guide roller and ends before the coated material leaves it. Specifically the cleaning sheet is a perfluorinated polymer or copolymer of 100-200 mu thickness. The apparatus is used for paper and other materials.</p> |
