PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle, which is for inhibiting variation of a deceleration when a down shift of a transmission is executed in association with deceleration by automatic braking.SOLUTION: A brake ECU 80 executes automatic braking depending on a travel state regardless of operation of a brake pedal. A shift control part 62 controls a gear shift by a transmission 20 depending on the travel state. A clutch control part 64 controls the engagement state of a clutch 30 such that an engaging degree of the clutch 30 when a down shift of the transmission 20 is executed by the shift control part 62 during execution of automatic braking by the brake ECU 80 becomes lower than an engaging degree of the clutch 30 when a down shift is executed during braking according to operation of the brake pedal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
