PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus and the like capable of obtaining a coating film, in which variation in thickness is suppressed, relatively easily.SOLUTION: A coating apparatus comprises a die having die blocks, a manifold, and a slot. The manifold is formed obliquely so as to approach a tip edge of the die from a first end side toward a second end side in a width direction. An interval of the slot is adjusted based on the thickness on the first end side, which is a thickness of a coating layer formed on a coated object, and the thickness on the second end side by using the coating apparatus that discharges a coating liquid from the die to the coated object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
