[Problem] To provide: a method for controlling an electric power steering device, the method being designed such that individual compensation units for friction compensation or the like are not required, degradation over time in mechanical parts or the like can be compensated by a feedback control of angle tracking control, the feel designed by a target angle computation unit can be achieved at all times, improvements in the on-center feel can be readily achieved in particular, and the effect of a functional addition or the like on stability or other functions is clarified; an electric power steering device; and a vehicle. [Solution] The upper angle of a torsion bar is detected, the lower angle of the torsion bar is detected, the upper or lower angle is used to set the target value for the other angle, the actual value of the other angle is detected, and a feedback control of angle tracking is performed on the basis of the deviation between the target value of the angle and the actual angle. |
