PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light extraction film conforming to both a flexible substrate and a rigid substrate.SOLUTION: A light extraction film 36 laminated on a glass substrate 32 for an organic light-emitting diode device 30 includes: a transparent flexible film; a nanostructured layer including a first surface applied to the transparent flexible film and a second surface on the side opposite to the first surface; a planarizing backfill layer applied onto the second surface of the nanostructured layer and having a higher refractive index than the nanostructured layer; a glass substrate laminated on the side opposite to the nanostructured layer of the transparent flexible film; and a region 40 located between the transparent flexible film and the glass substrate and including one or more gaps surrounded by the adhesive 34 between the transparent flexible film and the glass substrate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
