Provided is DC/DC converter which reduces switching loss when switching elements forming a conversion circuit are switched on, and which stabilizes the conversion circuit input-side common-mode voltage. A DC/DC converter 1 comprises a conversion circuit 2, a transformer T1, a clamper circuit 5, and a control circuit 4. The conversion circuit 2 comprises 4 switching elements Q1-Q4, and converts input direct current voltage to alternating voltage voltage. The clamper circuit 5 is electrically connected between the conversion circuit 2 and a primary winding T11 of the transformer T1, and forms a closed circuit, through which a primary current I1 flows, with the primary winding T11. The clamper circuit 5 also comprises switches QC1, QC2 which open and close the closed circuit. The control circuit 4 controls the four switching elements Q1-Q4 and the switches QC1, QC2. |
