PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle projection display device capable of displaying an image with a sense of perspective and depth and of preventing a reduction in visibility while suppressing an increase in cost of the device.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle projection display device has a first image plane 22(1) and a second image plane 22(2) as image planes for virtual images, the first imaging plane being placed substantially parallel to a plane perpendicular to a direction of a line of sight 18 connecting an eye point and a virtual image and the second imaging plane being placed at an angle with the plane perpendicular to the direction of the line of sight 18 connecting the eye point and the virtual image. Information for which visibility is critical is presented as a planar image formed on the first image plane 22(1), and an image with a sense of depth and perspective is formed on the second image plane 22(2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
