[Solution] Provided is a communication control device provided with a communication control unit that, on a per-resource-block basis, controls wireless communication performed by one or more terminal devices via a component carrier that has a base bandwidth. In at least part of an unused frequency band, the communication control unit sets at least one band extension having a width that is an integer multiple of the size of the aforementioned resource blocks.
