PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a cosmetic protecting a skin from a skin aging or disorder by activating a skin cell in which a component existing in an apoplast of a plant belonging to Crassulaceae is extracted without mixing impurities, and active oxygen is removed by a safety plant component to improve biophylaxis function.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a cosmetic comprises: a first process in which neutral-region phosphate buffer is added to tissue of a plant belonging to Crassulaceae to be incubated for 10 minutes or more and 60 minutes or less, and supernatant liquid is obtained by a cooling centrifugal separation to extract a first extract; and a second process in which neutral-region phosphate buffer including NaCl is added to the tissue after the first process to be incubated for 1 hour or more and 8 hours or less, and supernatant liquid is obtained by the cooling centrifugal separation, salt is removed by gel filtration, and a second extract is extracted by protein fractionation, wherein the cosmetic is manufactured using the first extract and the second extract as chief materials.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
