Disclosed is a warning signal generating device, and the device comprising: a detection line (41) wound around a base station ground line (2); and a warning signal generating circuit (42) for detecting the current physical state of the detection line (41) and outputting a warning signal, wherein the first end of the detection line (41) is grounded, while the second end of the detection line is connected with the first end of the warning signal generating circuit (42), and wherein when the current physical state is a state of physical disconnection, there is a change from a first voltage difference to a second voltage difference between the first end of the warning signal generating circuit (42) and the second end of the warning signal generating circuit (42), the warning signal generating circuit (42) is in a warning state, and the third end of the warning signal generating circuit (42) outputs the warning signal that is used for indicating that the base station ground line (2) is currently in the state of physical disconnection. |
