PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pharmaceutical compositions improved in the antimicrobial agent concentration in horny layers.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains a hydrophobic ointment base, an antibacterial agent represented by the general formula (1), and a carbonic diester.
