PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively display advertisements to users.SOLUTION: A management device includes: a determination part that determines, on the basis of user information indicating a user who uses a first application executed on a terminal device, whether or not the user indicated in the user information is a specific user of users who use the first application; and a display control part that controls display of application information associated with a second application that can be displayed on the terminal device owing to a factor including at least the use of the first application, on the basis of the determination as to whether or not the user is the specific user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
