Novelty: a kit connectable to the cooling liquid network or the heating water/liquid network of an air conditioning unit and a central heating system respectively is disclosed. Constitution: the switchboard 1, the heat exchanger 2, tubes for the liquid and gaseous phase of the cooling liquid of the air-conditioning unit, tubes for the central heating liquid 4, the circulator 5 and the pressostat 6. Said kit is connected to the external unit of the air conditioning system to ensure the heating of indoor spaces via the central heating system.
