PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably perform transmission/reception of a signal by electromagnetic induction while keeping an area required for arranging an inductor.SOLUTION: To a semiconductor device 100 where an inductor 114 is formed on one surface, transmission/reception of a signal from an external device (200) including an external inductor 204 which is provided at a position corresponding to that of the inductor 114 in the semiconductor device 100. The procedures at least include: a process of arranging between the inductor 114 of the semiconductor device 100 and the external inductor 204 of the external device 200, a ferromagnetic film 130 including ferromagnetic particles and arranging the inductor 114 and the external inductor 204 oppositely across the ferromagnetic film 130; and a process of performing transmission/reception of a signal between the inductor 114 and the external inductor 204 by electromagnetic induction in a state where the inductor 114 and the external inductor 204 are arranged oppositely.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
