PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser branching apparatus that is not subjected to a heat lens effect caused by a laser beam.SOLUTION: The laser branching apparatus includes: a sealed container having an incidence part and an emitting part of a laser beam; a pair of electrodes disposed in the sealed container; and an RF power source which is connected between the electrodes and is driven on the basis of an external control signal, where an optical path for connecting the incidence part and the emitting part is positioned in a space between the electrodes. A laser beam, which is input to the incidence part with a refraction effect of discharge plasma generated in the space whose sides of the incidence part and the emitting part are not in parallel, is branched and output from the emitting part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
