A first rod (21) is vertically movably inserted in a first guide hole (11), and a second rod (22) is horizontally movably inserted in a second guide hole (12) intersecting the first guide hole (11). A receiving groove (31) is formed in the lower half portion of the first rod (21), and an insertion section (32) fitted in the receiving groove (31) is provided to the second rod (22). A cam groove (38) provided in the insertion section (32) is fitted over a pin member (35) provided to the lower half portion of the first rod (21).
