PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization method enabling performing dryness and carbonization of organic waste while deodorizing, in a relatively short time and a small number of steps, and reducing a used amount of fossil fuel, a manufacturing method for producing solid fuel using organic waste, and a manufacturing plant.SOLUTION: A manufacturing plant 1 of solid fuel includes: a mixed waste processing line 2 for processing mixed waste; an organic waste processing line 3 for processing organic waste; a woody waste processing line 4; a solid fuel manufacturing line 5 for manufacturing solid fuel; and a steam boiler 6 for supplying steam to the organic waste processing line 3. Combustibles are extracted from general waste in the mixed waste processing line 2, organic waste is dried and carbonized to form organic carbide in the organic waste processing line 3, and the combustibles and the organic carbide are mixed and molded to manufacture solid fuel in the solid fuel manufacturing line 5. |
