PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a natural environmental protection type detergent having excellent cleaning power and sterilizing power. SOLUTION: This detergent comprises a culture product as an active ingredient obtained by culturing a mixed bacteria containing a bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus casei subsp. casei, a bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus brevis, a bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus plantarum, a bacterium belonging to Lactobacillus alimentarius and a bacterium belonging to Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a medium containing potato, apple, carrot, boiled rice, a saccharide, wheat flour and water, fermenting the cultured product, collecting a fermented material, adding chitosan to the fermented material and culturing the mixture to give the culture product.
