There is provided a ceramic sintered body which has excellent thermal shock resistance and which is not susceptible to discoloration due to oxidation, and an anticorrosion member, filter ad antihalation member formed using the same. A ceramic sintered body includes silicon nitride in an amount of greater than or equal to 80% by mass based on a total mass of the ceramic sintered body, compounds containing Fe and Si being scattered in a surface portion of the ceramic sintered body, and particles of the compounds having an equivalent circle diameter of 0.05 µm or more but 5 µm or less being present in a number of greater than or equal to 2.0 × 10 4 but less than or equal to 2.0 × 10 5 per 1 mm 2 . Thus, the ceramic sintered body has excellent thermal shock resistance and is not susceptible to discoloration due to oxidation.
