This invention pertains to a battery-pack case that comprises: a container (14) that has an opening in the top surface thereof and accommodates a battery pack (28); and a lid (16) that closes the opening in the container. Said battery-pack case has: a thermally insulating structure whereby an accommodating space (62) inside which the battery pack is accommodated is thermally insulated from the outside; and a heater panel (64), between the battery pack and the bottom surface (14a) of the container, that keeps the temperature in the accommodating space constant. This battery-pack case also has a cushioning material (104) provided on top of the bottom surface of the container and a plate member (106) provided on top of said cushioning material. The aforementioned heater panel is provided on top of said plate member such that the plate member is sandwiched between the heater panel and the cushioning material. |
