PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation estimation device and a loading vehicle capable of achieving both reduction of a load to estimate an operation mode and improvement of an estimation accuracy in the estimation of the operation mode of a vehicle body using a camera.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation estimation device 2 includes: a camera 50 for acquiring a two-dimensional image constituted of a plurality of pixels arranged along first and second coordinate axes corresponding to front-rear and right-left directions of the vehicle body; a first region extraction part 62A for extracting a first region corresponding to a place arranged at the left of the vehicle body from the two-dimensional image; a second region extraction part 62B for extracting a second region corresponding to the place arranged at the rear of the vehicle body from the two-dimensional image; a first displacement amount calculation part 63A for calculating a displacement amount of a subject in the first region in the direction parallel to a first coordinate axis; a second displacement amount calculation part 63B for calculating the displacement amount of the subject in the second region in the direction parallel to a second coordinate axis; and an operation mode estimation part 64 for estimating an operation mode of the vehicle body on the basis of the displacement amount of the subject in the first and second regions. |
