In a solenoid valve comprising: each of moving cores (3 1 , 3 2 ) having connected to one end thereof a valve body (2 1 , 2 2 ); a guide tube (4 1 , 4 2 ) having slidably inserted thereinto the moving core; a stationary core (5 1 , 5 2 ) disposed in an inner circumference of an opposite end portion of the guide tube; an electromagnetic coil (7 1 , 7 2 ) so disposed as to enclose the guide tube; and a magnetic plate (8 1 ) disposed on a side of the other end of the guide tube, the surface (5a) of the stationary core which faces the magnetic plate is brought into contact with the magnetic plate without applying an undue compression load to the solenoid. The guide tube (4 1 , 4 2 ) has formed therein a caulked portion (4b) to fix in position the stationary core by engagement with a recessed groove (5b) that is formed on an outer periphery of the stationary core (5 1 , 5 2 ) in a state in which that surface (5a) of the stationary core which faces the magnetic plate (8 1 ) is either flush with, or is protruding beyond, the opposite end of the guide tube. Preferably, a projection (5c) is disposed in a projecting manner so as to be inserted into a through hole (8a) formed in the magnetic plate (8 1 ), the projection (5c) being formed in a part of that surface (5a) of the stationary core which faces the magnetic plate (8 1 ). A spring (9) is interposed between a spring receiving part (5c) formed at a tip portion of the projection that protrudes beyond the through hole, and the magnetic plate (8 1 ). |
