PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a reduction of an inspection accuracy due to a reduction of quantitative precision even when a direction of inertial is deviated from an appropriate direction.SOLUTION: The inspection chip includes a first quantitation part and a second quantitation part. When an opening surface of each quantitation part and each opening surface are rotated by a α degree with an extended direction of each surplus flow passage connection position as a shaft center, a volume ratio of each virtual space formed by a wall forming each mixing flow passage in a horizontal direction by each surplus flow passage connection position or each virtual opening face including a projection line projected on a wall of each mixing flow passage connection position side of each quantitation part and a wall forming each mixing flow passage or a wall forming each quantitation part is equal to the volume ratio with the volume of the first quantitation part and the volume of the second quantitation part. |
